The Group offers its own designed & manufactured Running Gear Systems like Axle, Fifth Wheel Coupling, King Pin & Landing Legs. These designs are developed through advanced methodologies including FEA’s and design software like PRO-E, UG by the Group’s design house I-Design.
The Group’s 5th Wheel Coupling design is at par with latest European models, having CNC m/c forged components, double spring features available with both cast & fabricated leg & secondary locking system. With a commitment to serve the customers better, the Group has organized after-sales service network across the major cities in India. |

The manufacturing plants are armed with equipments like Robotic Welding in the 5th wheel, King Pin, Submerged Arc Welding, Shot blasting, 400 hrs SST, etc., to ensure cost-effectiveness, better quality and durability of the products.

Latest designing software and FEA techniques have been installed. The 5th Wheel Couplings have been safeguarded by Double Locking System and are successfully tested over 14 lac cycles ARAI. Micro alloyed raw-material with heat-treatment and contact area optimization are being used in order to enhance performance. Moreover, Special Rubber Bushings are installed for impact loading.
