The illustrious facilities at the manufacturing plants include a semi-automatic welding, Shot blasting, 400 hrs SST in the liquid painting process. Every trailer is strictly scrutinized through static & dynamic testing before handing over to customers and meets the CMVR norms.

Every element is developed after a comprehensive detailing. A parallel I-beam has been developed for better strength to weight ratio. Modern FEA techniques are deployed for precise fabrication.

A strategic alliance has been formed with BPW Axle, Germany, for the latest axle technology with anti-lock braking system, disc brake, air suspension, liftable axle, boggy axle.
